If you add another item that is not available for free shipping, then you will only pay shipping for that item. If the item price is labeled “FREE SHIPPING”, this means that you do not need to pay the shipping cost! When you checkout of your shopping cart, shipping costs for all other items will be calculated based on the item weight and the shipping method you choose.5.How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When items are shipped out, we will send you a notification email. Alternatively you can check the status of your order under My Account > My Orders.6.If customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for this?
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. 360buy does not add taxes, VAT, or any other hidden charges. However, customs duties is the buyer’s responsibility. Not all products will incur customs duties.7.If my order detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance?
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has left China, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
